Refund & Returns Policy
At GalaxyBoxes, every order is carefully packed and checked before dispatch. If something is wrong with your order, we'll work with you to make it right.
Returns
You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. After you contact us to request a return, you have another 14 days to send the item back.
To be eligible for a return, your box must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with its original packaging where possible. You may inspect the item as you would in a shop, but we may reduce the refund if the item has been used, damaged, or handled beyond what is necessary to check it.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll let you know whether the refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be sent back to your original payment method.
Refunds are processed within 14 days of us receiving the returned item.
For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return postage. Original standard delivery costs will be refunded where required. If you selected a more expensive delivery method, only the standard delivery amount may be refunded.
Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Orders
If your box arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.
We will replace it, refund it, or work with you to make it right. Every box is carefully packaged, and orders are insured during shipping.
You will not be responsible for return postage if the item is faulty, damaged on arrival, or incorrect.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for items that have been damaged after delivery due to misuse, accidental damage, or unauthorised modification.
International Returns
International customers may return eligible items, but they are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect. Any customs fees, duties, or import taxes are the customer's responsibility unless required otherwise by law.
